Antonio Guna Insigne, MSTM, MT(ASCPi), CA-CLS, BB(ASCP)SBBCM
This forum will be a mentoring platform, which I believe is more holistic than teaching. As such, we (as mentors) can guide you on broader professional progress to boost your confidence. Unlike formal classroom setups based on structured instructions and graded exams or performance, this program is not academically programmed. So, the approach will be informal with some degree of freedom, flexibility, and leniency within that professional relationship, yet may impart knowledge and guidance to help you enrich your hospital experience and practice.
